"Having a pair of very old heritage cottages [approximately 140 years old] in the historic precinct of Battery Point, Hobart, Geoff & I were at a loss as to where to start our renovations.
Enter Chris & his team of professional, hardworking tradespeople.
Concrete floors were polished, very old baltic floors carefully sanded and polished, walls plastered and painted, kitchens, glass tiles and bathrooms installed and a complete electrical overhaul.
Outside a courtyard was constructed, roof, chimneys and fences repaired and both cottages repainted.
Because of his outstanding organisational skills Chris and his team always turned up on time, were courteous and took pride in the quality of their workmanship.
All aspects of the project were discussed at length and many innovative ideas used.
So with Chris's attention to detail we believe that these cottages will again stand proudly for at least another 140 years. Many many thanks Chris."
