Types of floor finishes we provide

HTC Superfloor

HTC Superfloor is a refined concrete floor, grinded and polished with HTC machines and diamond tools. Not only is the floor aesthetically appealing, it also contributes to a better working environment. HTC Superfloor is advantageous in an economical point of view thanks to the durability and the low life cycle cost. It is the ideal floor for a wide range of industries and public buildings. Approximately $150 per square metre plus GST.

Polished Concrete Floors

The floor surface is ground initially with HTC dustless diamond grinding equipment leaving exposed aggregate if required on new or existing slabs. Two different grade polishers are then utilised to remove scratches and gouges caused by harsher grade diamond blades leaving a smooth and contemporary finish. Two coats of "Sika glaze polyurethane" are applied to achieve a high gloss finish. Approximately $70 per square metre plus GST.

Terrazzo Floor Polishing

Using the complete range of modern diamond tool technology we have the ability to rejuvenate your vertical or horizontal terrazzo floor substrates. We can ensure the finish is sustained for a longer period of time with specific terrazzo sealers which protect the surface from wear and tear.

Epoxy flooring systems

We currently use Sika Australia flooring systems which are renowned worldwide as industry leaders in epoxy flooring technology. These flooring systems are typically low maintenance, hard wearing and are particularly for high traffic areas such as major retail stores, large supermarkets, food preparation areas and industrial workplaces. There is a wide range of epoxy flooring systems to suit your needs. Please contact us for a suitable epoxy application recommendation for your situation.

Timber flooring systems

With our HTC machinery we have the ability to adapt to different substrates including timber flooring. We can bring your old timber floors back to life and protect them with the same quality polyurethane finishes we utilise on concrete floors. Experience the feel and texture of real wood again !

Acid staining of floors

This process incorporates different colours into existing substrates (flooring surfaces. Blues, greens, sandstone, ochres, etc can all be added to make your floors come to life !

Enviromarble Flooring Systems

Enviropro Endure 2 Pack
The ultimate in non-toxic waterborne Polyurethane technology for all Timber and Cork surfaces. A 2 pack product that you simply shake to mix that gives wear resistance equal to toxic solventborne Polyurethanes. Available in gloss and satin.

Enviropro Endure
A non-yellowing high abrasion resistance one pack !00% Polyurethane. High flexibility gives superb edge bonding resistance and great performance on Cork. Produces a lighter timber look.

Enviropro Ultra Ezi
With a slight amber honey tinting effect Ultra Ezi is very simple to use and is the hardest one pack on the market. Overcoats most floating floors well.

Enviropro Sports
Copolymer Polyurethane with non-yellowing and good scuff marking resistance. CSIRO Slip Testing confirms Enviropro Sports as the ideal Sports Floor surface. Numerous gymnasiums and sports complexes have been coated with this product.

Enviropro Sealer
Provides for improved edge bond resistance and improved adhesion on all timber surfaces. Enhances timber colouration. Designed specifically for Australian timbers.

Slate and Stone Seal
A good wearing Urethane Acrylate with self priming properties for all porous surfaces, interior or exterior. Ideal for concrete, slate, stone, etc. Available in high gloss.

Non-Slip Concrete Coating
Designed for factory floors that must comply to Australian Standards for both wet and dry slip resistance. Ideal for factory floors, winery concrete floors, public walkways, patios, pool surrounds, paving, etc.

Renew
Simple damp mop apply ( option to buff ) rejuvenation coat for all coated floor surfaces ( timber, vinyl, slate, etc, ). Ideal for commercial premises as a maintenance coat and high traffic areas such as dance floors, night clubs, etc

Squeaky Clean
The perfect non-toxic fruit oil based cleaner and refresher for all floor surfaces. Regular use assists in reducing wear. Also a superb spray and wipe for bench tops, shower screens, etc

Floor preparation

This service covers all facets of floor preparation including glue removal, blackjack removal, slab levelling, removal of trip hazards, tile grout removal and general cleanup. This is available for both domestic and commercial applications. With two HTC floor grinding machines incorporating the T-Rex technology we have the ability to prepare large areas quickly and cleanly.
