The new HTC 650 – the all-round machine
HTC 650 is a highly appreciated in our assembly of machinery. It isn’t hard to understand why. It is easy to handle and ergonomically correct, yet still with high capcity and efficient and fast grinding. The patended operating system with four grinding discs makes the machine perfectly balanced, and the integrated weight system makes it possible to adjust the grinding pressure. The machine keeps a constant pace and makes the floor completely even.
HTC 650 EX
HTC 650 EX is suited for the professional entrepreneur with varying task, and it is an attractive machine in an economical point of view for the one who wants a simple, yet powerful machine. HTC 650 EX has a 7,5 kW three-phase frequency controlled motor, very tolerant to voltage drop.
HTC 650 HDX
HTC 650 HDX is a powerful machine with an 11 kW motor. The machine has very high performance and grind fast and efficient.

Standard equipment
The following equipment is standard on HTC 650 EX and HTC 650 HDX: Safety bar of galvanized steel tube, puncture-resistant polyurethane-filled rubber wheels, quick-release connector between electronics and motor, splash guards, extra upper belt, water tank, key to lock the electrical cabinet, integrated weight system, C-spanner for grinding discs, and hours counter. The 650E also has integral phase indication.

HTC 420 - The small machine with the big capacity
The market demand for a small machine, easy to handle but with maintained efficiency, is now fulfilled - the answer is the HTC 420! HTC 420 focuses on many target groups, mainly floor entrepreneurs that have high expectancy regarding efficient machines. The HTC 420 is not only suitable for maintenance and floor care but means a total concept for the floor entrepreneur. HTC 420 is the machine you use for everything from rough grinding to finest polishing. The machine weighs 80 kg and can be split into two units in one operation which makes it very easy to handle. The HTC 420 can be equipped with all HTC original diamond tools. It efficiently removes coverings such as glue, screed, paint and epoxy. It grinds and polishes wood, marble, limestone, terrazzo and concrete.

- For a long time floor contractors have been dependent to a wide range of machines for different types of floor work.
The HTC 420 is not only suitable for maintenance and floor care but means a total concept for the floor entrepreneur. HTC 420 is the machine you use for everything from rough grinding to finest polishing.
Separators
After more than 10 years of experience of dry grinding we recommend our own dust separators for use with our grinders. Our machines produce large amounts of dust. When grinding concrete our machines can produce as much as 1 ton / hour of concrete dust or other residue. We have a broad range of dust separators and accessories to make work easier and more ergonomic and most important of all, non hazardous. The dust separators separate 99.996% at a particle size of 0,3 micron. This means that they meet the requirements for asbestos handling.
When dry grinding is not an option you can use HTC machines with water. When mixing dust with water, large amount of slurry is produced. This needs to be removed from the working area. HTC recommends HTC 21 W wet vac with a integrated transport pump that pumps the slurry directly to wanted destination, in most cases a sand filled container.

HTC 55 D and 75 D
HTC 55 D and 75 D are the dust extractors most widely used with HTC’s grinders, as they are compatible with every grinder in HTC’s machine program. Like the other dust extractors, HTC 55 D and 75 D have washable and wear-resistant textile stockings with a smoothed inside, making them almost self-cleaning. Both machines are equipped with the so called Jetpuls technique, an effective system for cleaning the roughing filter. Continuous use of the Jetpuls systems preserves the capacity of the separator, thereby increasing the efficiency and giving a better result. Both machines are also equipped with the Longopac system, minimizing the contact with dust.
Hose, nozzle and Longopac are standard equipment. HTC has also produced two dust extractor packages, ready to be connected directly to the grinder. There are several accessories for HTC 55 D and 75 D, like pre-extractors and a vacuum barrow. The HTC 55 D has a 5.5 kW motor suitable for Europe, and the HTC 75 D has a 7.5 kW motor suitable for the USA. Both versions are available with YD or fully automatic starting.
