We are a building and construction project management company with the ability to oversee, co-ordinate and implement all your requirements for your property projects with a full range of qualified tradesmen at our disposal.

During my 20 years in the building game I kept on hearing customers say "Do you know a plumber.. or an electrician... or a plasterer etc".

You get the picture.

I then thought "What if I could bring all these together and have a central source for all of these requests where a customer could say "I want this done" and we could say "Yes, we can do it for you." That's how Kilpatrick Contracting or KCON as we call it now started.

In the current building climate many potential clients are put off by the fact most builders are flat out and cannot stop to take on new customers. We can source the right people for you and finish the jobs quickly and efficiently.
